Whenever I go to the store, I pick up a box, or two, or 3.I don't have to put it on my list.
It's a habit and I just automatically grab them and put them in my cart.
With my eyes closed, of course.;0)
They normally last no more than 24 hours.
I had plans for B and I to bake clover cookies for St. Patrick's day...
but, I forgot. So, we made them today.And celebrated St. Patrick's day again.

Well, it still works but I am down to just one burner.
It's a good thing the new grill we got for Christmas has a burner...
Or I wouldn't be able to cook a well balanced meal every day!;0)

I have tried and tried to make good brownies from scratch, but they never beat the box. The best box, in my opinion, is any type by Ghiradelli. They are TO. DIE. FOR!
ReplyDeleteWe keep our pantry stocked too, but I just recently posted a brownies from scratch recipe that's super easy and as long as you have cocoa powder, everything else in the recipe are just everyday things you would already have in your pantry! But the boxes are a great back up:)

ReplyDeleteI should definitely start stocking up on brownie mixes! Buy a bunch of different kinds, and then roll out a different one every couple of days. (Brownies don't last long at MY house, either!!)
