Christmas 2009 part 4...

Christmas at our house started out by leaving cookies for Santa...
trying to get a picture of the girls in their Christmas jammies in front of the tree...

And going to bed and waiting for Santa...

B got a violin...

Clothes...

"Walter the Farting Dog"...

Mel loved the wrapping paper...

She got a basketball goal...

A keyboard...

Drums, maracas, a tamborine, and some other instruments...

And the horse that doesn't neigh...

Mel got a horse also. She was pretty excited about it...

When Margaret was over the other day they had a concert with all the new instruments followed by a fashion show.

And I got this for Christmas...
Don't worry, I actually wanted it. Brad's mom says, "Never buy a girl an appliance.", but I asked for it and I got it and LOVE it. If you don't have one of these I highly recommend it. They are kind of pricey, but TOTALLY worth it. It is very lightweight...B can even use it....and does an awesome job. I vaccummed for three days in a row because I like it so much!

I also got a new mailbox. I get pictures through the mail a lot and the boxes don't fit in the mailbox, but we have an awesome mail carrier who brings them to the door. She doesn't even honk when she pulls in the driveway because she knows the girls are napping. Anywho, this one is a lot bigger than our current one so hopefully she won't have to stop in nearly as often.

Brad put wood on the side and metal on the top to make it look like a barn and put a silo on the back.

He even cut out two cows that he is going to paint and nail to the side.

You can't see her, but look closely and you can see her feet in the bottom right of the photo.

A kaleidoscope...

Mel enjoyed unwrapping also...

Mel and Great Grandma...

It was this little guys first Christmas...
Such a cutie...and a good baby to.

B got an apron also...

"Uncle" Andy got B a computer and she loves it...

The adults enjoying the "white elephant" gift exchange...

B ended the evening by coloring in her new coloring book. She is starting to stay in the lines.
