Pork Tenderloin On the Grill...

I made this several weeks ago and as I type this, my mouth is salivating.  I think I may have to make it tomorrow.  The marinade is so yummy I think I could drink it our of a cup.  Just sayin'.

Mix up the marinade and place in Ziploc bag with the pork loin.
Allow to marinate over night.
Remove loin from bag and baste with additional marinade.
 Grill, serve, and enjoy!...

Pork Tenderloin On the Grill

1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. garlic powder or 3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4. tsp powdered ginger
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients.
Place pork loin in Ziploc bag.
Pour marinade over pork loin.
Allow to marinate overnight.

Remove pork loin from bag and place on large sheet of aluminum foil.
Baste with additional marinade.
Wrap tenderloin in two sheets of aluminum foil.
Cook on grill over medium high heat for approximately 2 hours or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
