I found this recipe on Paula Deen's website. It is simple and it involves a box mix brownie which I always have in my pantry!!
Whip up the brownies according to the directions on the box...
Fill the cupcake liners half full with the brownie mix.Top with peanut butter chips...
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Ta-Da...
Scrumdidlyumptious!!!
(I was in a rush one day and didn't want to mess with the cupcake liners so I just poured the brownie mix in a 9x13 pan and sprinkled the peanut butter chips on top. Much faster, and they taste the same.)
Peanut Butter Brownie Cupcakes
1 Brownie box mix (18 1/2 oz.)
1 12 oz. package peanut butter chips
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Fill the cups half full with brownie mixture.
Place about 1 tbsp peanut butter chips in the center of the batter.
Bake for 18-20 minutes until the cupcakes are set.
