I picked 6 qt. of yummy strawberries... and turned them into this...
28 jars of delicious strawberry jam. I normally try to freeze about 50 jars so I am sure to have enough to last all year. Nothing is better than homemade jam!
Alright, so some girlfriends and I might try for our "day off together" to make strawberry freezer jam. Is it easy enough for people that have never done it? Do you have a recipe that you use? Any good tips? You can email me at tederpharmd@yahoo.com if you would like. Thanks, Tracy
