MY FIRST GIVEAWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you heard of Starr Strung Jewelry Designs???  She is a local gal who designs jewelry from vintage pieces and refers to them as "pretties".  I could take one of everything on her site!  Love it all!  You can visit her site by clicking here.  She also has an Etsy shop and a blog.

On her site you will find cute earrings like these...
Cute necklaces like this one...
Rings like this one...
and this one that she "upcycled" from a cuff link!...
She also makes hair pins, headbands, and bracelets.  Visit her site to check out all the "pretties".

Today, because it's November 1st and that marks the beginning of my holiday season...
because the sun is shining....
because we survived Halloween...
because we are halfway done with corn harvest and I am told that means about 10 more days left until the end of harvest.  Unless it rains or our machinery breaks down.  Then that 10 days could turn into 26.75 days!
because I ♥ anyone who takes the time to read this blog, I am giving away 2 pairs of earrings to 1 lucky reader!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Below are the "pretties" that you could win provided by Starr Strung....

This contest is open to everyone, but every contest must have rules so here goes...

  13. I start thinking about Christmas shopping in March and April, but usually don't do anything about it until November and December! Last year I had an emergency surgery the first week in December, and the dr. gave me a weeks' notice, so I got Christmas together for my family (2 kids, 8 and 5), in a week!
The jewelry is pretty, thank you for the giveaway!

  19. I start my Christmas shopping all year long...whenever I find something for someone, I buy it and stash it away until Christmas...much easier on the budget that way!

  23. I start shopping as soon as I see something that I know someone would like or could use--sometimes as early as the day after Christmas, but generally wait until January. I also try to get a few thigns at a time, spacing out the spending. I really try to stick to my lists and budget, and prefer to have at least the majority of the shopping done by Thanksgiving. I would love to win the earrings, and one pair (at least) would be a perfect gift for my niece who loves pearls. Thanks for the opportunity.
