Hunk of Meat Monday : Mac and Cheese Lasagna...

I feel like it's been forever since I have posted a recipe on here.  If you feel the same way, I am so sorry.  If you don't, then I'm still sorry.

Today I am linking up with my pal, and fellow farmwife, Leah from Beyer Beware for Hunk of Meat Monday.

This is a dish that your whole family will love.  Especially if they are Mac and Cheese lovers.  And this is a fabulous meal to take to the fields.  Although, I won't have to worry about that for at least another 5 months because we finished harvest today!!!!  Just sayin'.

Evidently I was too lazy to take step-by-step pictures like usual so here you have it; Mac and Cheese Lasagna....
It appears as though I also forgot to take a picture during the meal!

Macaroni and Cheese Lasagna

2 (7.5 oz) pkgs. Thick and Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

1 lb. ground beef

1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce

1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

1. Prepare the macaroni and cheese according to the directions on the package.

2. Brown the beef; drain.

3. Add the spaghetti sauce to the meat and stir to combine

4. In a 9 x13 dish, spread half the meat mixture in the bottom of the pan. Follow with a layer of half the macaroni and cheese.  Repeat the layers with the remaining meat mixture and macaroni and cheese.

5. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the layers.

6. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Enjoy!
