Fruit pies are all the rave at our house this time of year. My mother-in-law gave me some fresh black raspberries...all ready picked, the best kind....so I made a pie with them.
Place pie shell in bottom of a pie pan...
Place about 4 cups berries in a bowl...
Stir in sugar, flour, margarine, salt, and cinnamon...Place mixture in pie shell...
Top with additional pie shell.
Crimp the edges and make bird scratches (don't know correct term, but that's what I've always called them) in the top of the pie shell.
I failed to get a picture of the masterpiece so just use your imagination. It was delicious!
