Oh What a Beautiful Day....

I have had some people ask how I made these Cat In the Hat cookies.
I guess I should have explained in the Dr. Seuss post.  Oh well!

Split an Oreo in half and try to keep as much as the icing on one side as possible.  I found that twisting while turning helped.  Then layer icing and the Gummie Life Savers.  That's it.  Easy peasy!

These next photos were taken on February 1st.  While browsing through my pictures, trying to find something to blog about, I realized I need to dust off the ole camera and snap some photos!

It's crazy to think that on the first of February the girls were running around without jackets.
We have had a very mild winter.  Highs this week have been in the mid 70's.
March came in like a lamb.  Let's hope it doesn't go out like a lion!  Especially since B's spring break is the last week in March.

They wanted to jump on the trampoline, but the springs and canvas were still in the garage.  We take them off in the winter helping that will make them last longer.
The canvas is on now.  I threatened to take it off last night as B insisted that I jump with her then threw a huge fit when I said no.  Next time there won't be threats, it will just come down to prove a point!

Mel was more interested in the water puddles than anything!

I have no clue what B was doing in this photo.  Those of you that know her, know that she has a great imagination so it is hard telling what she was up to!

I hope you are all able to enjoy this beautiful weather.  Who knows!  30 degrees could be on the way again!
