Fall is here...

Whether I like it or not!!!:0( I am NOT a cool weather person. I like 80 degree weather. I like to be outside..working in the garden, flower beds, mowing. It is cold now...the yard still needs mowed, but I don't want to do it because it is too cold. Don't get me wrong, I like the colors of fall...and I love to take fall pictures, but it is the cold that I don't like. I told a friend the other day that if I wasn't married to a farmer, I would probably enjoy Spring and Fall more. Those two seasons for me mean late nights for Brad, me becoming a "single parent", and not being able to share the parenting responsibilities with him. I have found myself searching for a lot of patience this fall. The end of harvest seems like it is forever away since it has been so wet. I normally look forward to 6:00 at night because that is normally when Brad gets home from work, but now I look forward to the girls bedtime because I can finally rest. Needless to say, I can't wait for fall to be OVER...and it has only just begun!!
