A scavenger hunt that is! B asked me if they could go on a scavenger hunt like they did last year. I agreed because it got them out of the house. B came up with the list of items and I wrote them down and drew a picture of each item.
I snapped these two pictures of B before the hunt started. She is growing up way too fast!...

The wind was not in my favor when I took this picture, obviously. I almost deleted it before downloading it to the computer, but now I'm glad I kept it. I converted it to black and white and I am in love with the natural look. Again, maybe it's a mom thing...
The last item on the list was a ladybug.
B didn't think she would be able to find any, but there were hundreds by a tree. They were a little hard to catch. She made a home for it in a glass jar complete with some ladybug food....grass of course! He lived with us for about a week before he was set free!

love the black and white photo...I do that sometimes...start to delete a photo...then I'm glad when I don't...sometimes turning them to black and white makes them awesome....I love ladybugs..
