Peanut Butter Pie...

I got this recipe from Meg's blog and I made it today. It was delicious, so I thought I would share it with all of you.
1 prebaked pie crust (I, of course, used Pioneer Woman's Perfect Pie Crust.)
3/4 C. powdered sugar
1/2 C. creamy peanut butter
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding (5.4 oz.)
2 1/2 C. milk
1 container of whipped topping (8 oz.)
Bake the pie shell and let it cool.
Blend powdered sugar and peanut butter together with a fork until it is crumbly.
Sprinkle 3/4 of the peanut butter mixture on the bottom of the pie crust.
Whisk together pudding mix and milk. Pour over peanut butter mixture.
Refrigerate for a few minutes until pudding is set.
When set, spread entire container of whipped topping on top of pudding.
Sprinkle the remaining peanut butter crumbles on top of whipped topping.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Enjoy!
