What's Going On Around Here?...

When Brad is in the fields, sometimes we have a "picnic"...
It was too cold outside this particular night, so we had to resort to the living room...

I lost five pounds.

The girls and I ate at El Reparo in "the burg" last Friday night with Denise and Rachel.

Saturday it rained.

Brad took us out to supper. He let us pick where we wanted to go.

B wanted "Mexican" aka, El Reparo so that is where we went....again.

I gained five pounds.

Mel is so stinkin' cute, but her temper tantrums are wearing me out.

She is still a "pack rat".

That wears me out too.

She carries a backpack, a purse, and a horse everywhere she goes.

The guys have about 300 acres of beans left.

We are in the homestretch.

I am ready for it to be over.
Despite the lack of rain, the yields have been pretty good.

My mom watched Mel last Saturday while B and I were at soccer.

My mom had a hair appointment, so Mel went along.

Kathy, the stylist, curled Mel's hair.

Here she is sporting her "new do"...

B...I mean we...won our soccer game last week 2-1.

The kids were so happy.

It was their first win.

Tomorrow is the last game.

Now she wants to do gymnastics.

I packed all of Mel's summer clothes away except for some capris and t-shirts and it is supposed to get warm again.

I am caught up on photo editing so I have spent this week doing stuff around the house.

I really enjoyed it.

The computer got some rest:)
