Her favorite gift of all...a fork and spoon!
Sit down Miss Mel...She did this in the shopping cart at Kroger the other day. I had my back turned and she somehow wiggled out of the safety belt and stood up in the seat! This girl keeps me on my toes!!;0)
During the "big party" I had to let my guard down and hand the camera over to Brad's sister...sigh... That was a big step for me, but I wanted to be in the pix. She did a great job and took a TON of pix. Thanks Lauren!
I wanted to make a collage on poster board with different pix of Mel through the last year and I was worried that I didn't have very many of her. I had enough for three posters!!! That made me happy because I thought she was neglected from having her picture taken.
I wanted a snapshot of me and the two girlies...It didn't turn out the way I wanted it...oh well...

I have to admit that I am a little sad that it is all over. This whole year has gone by way too fast.
